\n\nThe customer, visiting the dasperformance.lt Store website, selects the goods he likes. Based on his choice, a shopping cart is formed.
\nAfter forming the shopping cart, the Customer must enter the data necessary for the delivery of the selected goods: his name, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number, e-mail and additional information that may be relevant when delivering the ordered goods.

\nThe prices of the goods in the dasperformance.lt online store are indicated in euros, including VAT. The price of the product is indicated without delivery fee.
\nThe buyer can pay for the goods using bank transfer system. The Buyer transfers the money to the current account of the dasperformance.lt online store. The responsibility for data security in this case lies with the respective bank, whose monetary transactions take place in the banking system.

\nDelivery<\/strong>
\nThe buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
\nThe buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
\nThe Goods are delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorized representative (courier) or the Buyer picks them up at the address specified in dasperformance.lt, depending on the delivery method agreed by the Buyer.
\nThe Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed terms with a Buyer. In exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the conditions of delivery of the goods.
\nIn all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.\nThe Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is presented in a damaged package, if the consignment contains unordered goods or their incorrect quantity, the goods are incomplete.\nIf the buyer notices any violations of the packaging during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer has not identified in the courier’s delivery document.

\nThe buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail or using the courier of his choice. The postage of the returned or exchanged goods is paid by the buyer.

5.3. 5.5. Pardav\\u0117jas turi teis\\u0119 nepriimti Pirk\\u0117jo gr\\u0105\\u017einam\\u0173 preki\\u0173, jei Pirk\\u0117jas nesilaiko 5.3. punkte nustatytos preki\\u0173 gr\\u0105\\u017einimo tvarkos.
5.6. Gr\\u0105\\u017einant gaut\\u0105 ne t\\u0105 prek\\u0119 ir\\\/ar nekokybi\\u0161k\\u0105 prek\\u0119, Pardav\\u0117jas \\u012fsipareigoja priimti tokias prekes ir jas pakeisti analogi\\u0161komis tinkamomis prek\\u0117mis.
5.7. Tuo atveju, kai Pardav\\u0117jas neturi pakeitimui tinkam\\u0173 preki\\u0173, Pirk\\u0117jui gr\\u0105\\u017einama sumok\\u0117ta suma, \\u012fskaitant ir kain\\u0105 u\\u017e pristatym\\u0105.

6. Pirk\\u0117jo ir pardav\\u0117jo atsakomyb\\u0117.<\\\/strong>

6.3. U\\u017esiregistrav\\u0119s Pirk\\u0117jas atsako u\\u017e savo prisijungimo duomen\\u0173 perdavim\\u0105 tretiesiems asmenims.
