After forming the shopping cart, the Customer must enter the data necessary for the delivery of the selected goods: his name, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number, e-mail and additional information that may be relevant when delivering the ordered goods.
Before confirming the order, the Customer must make sure that the data provided is correct and in accordance with his wishes. The Customer can confirm the order only if he notes that he is familiar with and agrees with the Dasperformance.lt Store Rules.
The prices of the goods in the dasperformance.lt online store are indicated in euros, including VAT. The price of the product is indicated without delivery fee.
The buyer can pay for the goods using bank transfer system. The Buyer transfers the money to the current account of the dasperformance.lt online store. The responsibility for data security in this case lies with the respective bank, whose monetary transactions take place in the banking system.
The Agreement enters into force from the moment the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button when purchasing online. However, such an agreement is considered enforceable only from the moment when dasperformance.lt receives a confirmation from the bank about the payment for the ordered goods.
There is no warranty stated or implied, due the unusual stresses placed on racing/performance parts. The customer is responsible for parts installation and use. The seller is not responsible for any damage that occurs.
Delivery
The buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
The Goods are delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorized representative (courier) or the Buyer picks them up at the address specified in dasperformance.lt, depending on the delivery method agreed by the Buyer.
The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed terms with a Buyer. In exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the conditions of delivery of the goods.
In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is presented in a damaged package, if the consignment contains unordered goods or their incorrect quantity, the goods are incomplete. If the buyer notices any violations of the packaging during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer has not identified in the courier’s delivery document.

The buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail or using the courier of his choice. The postage of the returned or exchanged goods is paid by the buyer.
In order to return the product (s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. by mail and by filling in a special exchange – return form, indicating the name of the returned goods, the order number and the reasons for the return.
The returned product must be in the original tidy packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same configuration as received by the Buyer, without losing the commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled protective film, not smeared, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product). When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the rules above the return procedure set out in point. We are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs. We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been inspected.
